Job OverviewAs a core execution role in DR.LEO’s Jakarta marketing team, you will independently lead the entire lifecycle of KOC (Key Opinion Consumer/micro-influencer) word-of-mouth marketing in the Indonesian market. From strategy implementation, KOC selection & collaboration to performance optimization, you will take full ownership. The core goal is to drive brand conversion and audience trust through high-quality grassroots content, with direct accountability for the ROI and scalable growth of KOC projects.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Selection Leadership: Independently develop KOC collaboration strategies (e.g., defining KOC types and audience screening criteria based on products/campaigns), proactively identify and evaluate high-potential KOCs on platforms like TikTok/Instagram, and build a core KOC resource pool.2. End-to-End Collaboration Management: Independently execute KOC outreach, collaboration negotiations (including content requirements and delivery timelines), and sample coordination. Resolve unexpected issues during collaboration (e.g., content delays, tone deviations).3. Content & Performance Oversight: Guide KOCs on content direction (ensuring alignment with brand selling points and local trends), independently track core metrics (engagement rate, conversion volume, ROI), and produce review reports to optimize future strategies.4. Resource & Trend Management: Maintain long-term relationships with core KOCs, regularly update insights on Indonesia’s KOC ecosystem (e.g., popular formats, platform rules), and drive KOC project scaling (e.g., batch collaborations, thematic campaigns).Requirements1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in KOC/micro-influencer marketing in the Indonesian market, with the ability to independently launch projects from scratch.2. In-depth understanding of Indonesia’s KOC platform characteristics (TikTok/Instagram, etc.) and the ability to accurately identify high-conversion potential KOCs.3. Strong independent negotiation and problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating with KOCs and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design).4. Data-driven mindset: Ability to optimize strategies using metrics like ROI and conversion rate, with direct accountability for project outcomes.5. Fluent in Indonesian and English; beauty industry experience is preferred.
