Opportunity OverviewOur client, a leading offshore law firm is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Employment Lawyer to join its top-ranked, Tier 1 Dispute Resolution Practice based in Bermuda. This is a rare chance to work in a collegiate and high-performing team, advising a prestigious client base including major international businesses, large local employers, and senior executives. Key Responsibilities Advise on a wide range of employment and immigration law matters. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and immigration documentation. Represent clients in tribunals and courts, including the Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and the Supreme Court.

Conduct sensitive workplace investigations and provide strategic advice. Deliver responsive and technically sound legal solutions to clients. Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas on client matters. Take the lead in mentoring junior lawyers, providing guidance on performance and professional development. Contribute to the firm’s know-how, business development, and client marketing initiatives. Represent the firm at conferences, events, and client training sessions as required. Candidate Requirements Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE, specialising in employment law within a Commonwealth jurisdiction (experience in Bermuda preferred but not essential). Strong advocacy and client management experience.

Proven ability to handle complex employment and immigration matters independently. Outstanding academic credentials, including at least a 2: 1 (or equivalent) degree from a respected university. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to professional excellence.
