Silhouettes designed to become your everyday staples, alongside those exquisite few destined for only a handful of unforgettable outings. We are seeking a talented Designer to join our New York team. This individual will bring a refined, distinct aesthetic that aligns with the Aflalo vision — luxury with intention, flattering and feminine, provocative yet elegant. You’ll play a central role in shaping our collections, from concept through to creation. Responsibilities:

Develop seasonal design concepts and sketch collections across ready-to-wear and denimDesign thoughtful, elevated silhouettes that express the brand’s sensual, opulent, and modern point of viewCollaborate with the Head of Design and product development team to bring ideas to lifeResearch references from vintage, runway, art, and culture to inform and inspireContribute to styling direction and creative planning for seasonal photoshootsPartner with technical design to ensure fit, construction, and finish meet Aflalo’s standardsQualifications:

5+ years of design experience in luxury or directional contemporary fashionStrong portfolio with a clear, refined aesthetic and understanding of proportion and drapeExperience designing across categoriesDeep knowledge of fabric, construction, and elevated detailingHighly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about building a brand with cultural relevance and lasting impactDetails: Full-time role based in New York City.
