Production Assistant: Skincare & Clothing ManufacturingWe're looking for a dedicated and meticulous Production Assistant to join our personal care brand. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a growing company that creates high-quality haircare and skincare products. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with a passion for product quality and a proactive approach to their work. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who is ready to jump into the heart of our production process, from creating the product to ensuring it reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing and Formulation:  Assist in the mixing and manufacturing of our haircare and skincare products, following established formulas and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Quality Control:  Conduct thorough quality checks at every stage of production, from raw materials to the finished product. Identify and report any inconsistencies or defects to maintain our high standards. Stock Keeping and Inventory:  Manage and organize raw materials and finished product inventory.

Assist with receiving and logging new shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted production. Customer Care:  Handle customer inquiries regarding product details, orders, and returns. Provide exceptional service with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude, acting as a direct link between our brand and our customers. Safety and Cleanliness:  Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to all health and safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate should have: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the personal care, food, or a related industry.

A strong understanding of, or a willingness to learn about, product formulation and quality control standards. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal collaboration and customer interactions. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer programs and a willingness to learn new inventory management software. A positive attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
