We’re Hiring: After Sales Supervisor VRF & Light Commercial AC Systems We are looking for an experienced After Sales Supervisor to manage and support field operations for our VRF & Light Commercial AC systems across Türkiye. If you are technically strong, solution-oriented, and ready to take ownership of local service operations, we want to meet you.Qualifications • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or HVAC&R departments • Minimum 5 years of experience in air-conditioning systems • Good command of English • Strong MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Analytical, organized, and solution-focused work approach • Actively able to drive and no travel restrictionsResponsibilities • Managing service operations for VRF & Light Commercial AC systems • Building and expanding the authorized service network across Türkiye • Conducting site-based installation inspections and preparing technical reports • Keeping detailed documentation for commissioned systems • Providing technical training to service partners • Offering technical support and assisting service teams in troubleshooting • Monitoring spare parts stock and evaluating warranty eligibility • Tracking customer complaints and ensuring swift and effective resolutionIf you are ready to contribute to a growing team and play a significant role in technical operations, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Apply now or share with someone who could be a great fit!
