Our Brisbane branch is well-equipped with advanced medical technologies and staffed by a team of skilled professionals dedicated to improving the lives of pets through exceptional healthcare.Position OverviewWe are currently looking for x2 Part-time Hospital Housekeepers to join us at ARH Brisbane as we move into our busiest time of the year!You will assist our dedicated teams of Vets and Nurses in keeping the hospital clean and tidy, ensuring our patients continue to receive the best care possible. Previous commercial cleaning experience advantageous, but not a necessity.This role is afterhours, 4pm – 2am with overnight penalty rates applicable for all shifts. Shifts will be shared across 7 days.To be successful in this position you must possess the following attributes:A friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skillsHigh degree of self-discipline and maturity to work autonomously without direct supervisionAble to work comfortably in a fast-paced hospital environmentAbility to take initiative and prioritise tasks to suit the needs of the hospitalHigh attention to detail and strong time management skillsDuties Will Include But Not Be Limited ToMaintaining cleanliness of all hospital areas, including floors, walls, and bathroomsCage cleaning and re-settingCleaning of patient dishesLaundry upkeepEmptying of bins, including break down of cardboard/recyclingRestocking of shelvesJoin the ARH Brisbane afterhours team and help us keep things clean and calm behind the scenes!
