Their advanced innovations, particularly in robotics and battery technology, set the standard in the industry.About The RoleAs the Aftersales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the aftersales function — leading a small, capable team to deliver technical support and training to the dealer and pro-partner network. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, optimise warranty processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, cost efficiency, and team capability.This is an ideal role for someone with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, looking to make their mark in a growing and dynamic business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and coach a team of Technical Support RepresentativesProvide expert aftersales support to the dealer and pro-partner networkManage warranty claims, technical reporting, and system processesDeliver technical training — both in person and online — to dealers and internal staffSupport product launches and ensure up-to-date technical knowledge across teamsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teamsContribute to cost-reduction, inventory management, and continuous improvement projectsAbout YouProven leadership experience within a customer service, technical, or aftersales environmentStrong mechanical or technical background — ideally within outdoor, tools, or machinery productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine focus on customer outcomesCommercially astute, organised, and proactiveConfident working across systems, data, and processes to identify improvementsWhat They OfferA key role in a strong, well-known brand with growing market opportunities.Collaborative and high-performance culture.Reporting into the Country Manager.Opportunity to innovate and make real impact in how Husqvarna hit long-term strategies.This is your opportunity to join an organisation with exciting growth for the taking.
