Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Plan and expand the European aftersales repair service network and sites;2. Lead the service vendor management team, and manage the performance of outsourced service centers, and enhance the repair service experience;3. Optimize the repair processes and drive the development and improvement of the repair service system;4. Establish repair operational system, and enhance the capabilities of service centers through TAT, quality, and training mechanisms;5. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience as an overseas service manager or outsourcing repair center management experience;2. Familiarity with aftersales repair TAT management and quality control methods;3. Previous experience in aftersales operations within the consumer electronics industry;4. European aftersales management experience is preferred;5. Proficiency in English, with strong business communication skills.
