If you are driven, hard-working with an entrepreneurial mindset and want to make a difference, join our A-team!About the roleThis is a key, outward-facing role focused on identifying, evaluating, and developing new commercial opportunities and solutions to meet market and client opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Australian leadership and global technical teams to bring ideas to life—from concept to execution. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate strategic solutions across power, gas, and infrastructure.
Lead development of concept and feasibility studies including, development of approval strategies, scheduling, risk and stakeholder management. Lead early-stage project development including site selection and connection assessment. Work with internal and external teams to design infrastructure solutions (transport, storage, generation). Manage compliance processes for Major Hazard Facilities and other regulated assets. Present proposals to senior leadership and influence investment decisions. Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute approved projects. Who You Are / RequirementsExperienced in major projects with exposure to commercial, regulatory, and strategic dimensions. Not necessarily technical—but experience managing engineering and compliance processes.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently. Strong communicator and team influencer with ability to shape business direction. Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to build something new. Experience with power, gas and MHF projects, especially those involving Australian regulatory hurdles, is a plus.
