Main tasksWe are looking for an engineer who will be in charge of the optimization of production processes for the Medtech industry : Provide technical expertise during the tech transfer of the production process. Complete implementation of the production line: writing of URS, choice of suppliers and coordination of external partners. Qualify the equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ) and write the associated documentation. Organize user training. Perform risk analysis, identify problems and propose technical solutions. Implement lean management strategiesSupport the teams up to the start-up and production phases and routine implementation.
Required qualificationsEngineering degree or Master in mechanical engineering or similarMinimum 3 years experience in the Medtech field, within the manufacturing processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in German and EnglishEU or Swiss citizenship
