TRANSSNET combines NetEase’s strong technical strength and advanced Internet product operation concepts with TRANSSION’s mature channel resources and solid market foundation in Africa, becoming one of the leading Internet companies serving the most users in Africa with excellent online applications from Boomplay, the largest online music platform in Africa, to TalkTalk and SOYO, both extraordinary social apps, to mobile games.This position will serve the social app business unit.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and strengthen our existing agency partnerships to ensure stable and long-term cooperation.Regularly communicate with agency leaders to address any concerns and provide support as needed.Implement strategies to increase the revenue of existing agencies and improve the quality of streamers within our network.Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Develop and execute promotional plans for platform activities and new features to boost agency participation.Utilise various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and in-platform notifications, to effectively reach and engage our target audience.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).At least one year of experience in app operation work.Turkish speaker with basic English reading and writing skills.Strong sense of responsibility and patience.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving collaboration and achieving goals.
