We're hiring. 📍Los Angeles.A Creative Partner is looking for a seasoned Agency Producer to join our LA team full-time.We're a boutique talent agency representing photographers, stylists, directors, and creative directors working at the intersection of fashion, beauty, and luxury. Our productions range from intimate editorial shoots to large-scale commercial campaigns — and we need someone who can own every step of that process.The role: You'll manage photo, video, and styling productions from concept through delivery — building budgets, coordinating crews, leading on-set logistics, and serving as the primary liaison between our talent and our clients.You bring: — 5+ years of production experience in fashion, advertising, or commercial photography, video, and styling — Proven track record with budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+ — BlinkBid proficiency and deep vendor relationships in the fashion production ecosystem — Experience with high-profile clients and luxury brands — Grace under pressure and a solution-first mindset — Bonus: agency-side experience and an understanding of talent representationThis is a full-time, in-office position in Los Angeles.
