Experience true relaxation at our Moroccan spa, let the kids play in their very own kasbah, and take in views of the Atlas Mountains from your private terrace.Provide outstanding customer service to all store visitors, members, and guests.Assist customers in selecting clothing, and items that suit their needs and preferences. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Keep thestore organized and visually appealing by regularly restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product presentation and layout. Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock checks, and communicate any inventory needs or discrepancies to the management team. Manage activities time reservations, keep the reservation system up to date, and ensure that schedules are correct.Collaborate effectively with the members of the département. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, seeking to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager.
