Role Of PurposesAgent Support Specialist is a position within ATI Business Group to support one of our biggest clients based in Australia. This Position will report directly to the Team Leader or Senior Team Leader to that account. In general, this role will be responsible for Assisting Agents globally to manage Land or Air Booking.ResponsibilitiesTo resolve agent issues related to Land or Air booking as first resolution through chat, phone or email.Assisting suppliers via phone lines or email.To manage the inquiry in a timely manner.Support to escalate the higher inquiries to the respective key personBe Part Of ATI JourneyOur aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand. Since commencing in 2002 we now have over 1300 employees providing services to our clients across the globe.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in any MajorFluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)Have 1+ year working experience in Customer Service with English communication skillFresh graduates with advanced levels of English communication skills are welcome to apply.Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) including public holidays.Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang
