In this role, you will design, build, and maintain AI-driven autonomous systems, including intelligent agents, multi-step reasoning workflows, and end-to-end automation pipelines.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing agentic architectures, integrating LLMs with tools and APIs, building knowledge-grounded AI systems, and working closely with the product and engineering teams to deploy scalable, production-level AI solutions. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool-using AI agents, and voice agents (e.g., VAPI) is highly desirable.We want someone who deeply understands how agentic AI works, thinks systematically, and is excited to push the boundaries of what AI can do in the real world.QualificationsMust-Have SkillsStrong understanding of agentic AI concepts: tool use, planning, reasoning, state management, and multi-agent workflows.Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).Hands-on experience with RAG systems and vector databases.Experience integrating AI with n8n, external tools, APIs, and automation frameworks.Familiarity with voice AI or conversational agents (e.g., VAPI, Retell AI, Whisper/STT).Technical SkillsSolid grasp of back-end development (Node.js, Python preferred).Front-end knowledge (ReactJS/NextJS) is a plus but not mandatory.Understanding of software development principles, clean architecture, and best practices.Experience working with cloud platforms and deploying production-ready systems.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.Eagerness to learn rapidly and adapt to new AI frameworks, models, and tools.Passion for experimenting with emerging AI agent frameworks and automation technologies.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
