Agents/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside

Global Pacific Support is seeking dedicated Agents/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for coordinating timely and effective service delivery. Successful candidates will display strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
