Job DescriptionAgile Coach Insurance Domain with Dynamics 365 ExpertiseAbout The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach with deep experience in the insurance industry and hands on knowledge of Dynamics 365 implementationsThis role will lead Agile transformation initiatives across business and technology teams coach stakeholders at all levels and support strategic programs such as CCaaS Contact Center as a Service and Dynamics 365 rolloutsThe ideal candidate will be a change agent who can foster Agile maturity and drive enterprise wide adoptionKey ResponsibilitiesAgile Coaching Enablement Provide coaching to Agile teams Product Owners and leadership to instill Agile values principles and practicesInsurance Domain Expertise Align Agile practices with regulatory and operational needs specific to the insurance sectorDynamics 365 Integration Support Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure Agile delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions including CRM and ERP modulesTraining Workshops Design and deliver Agile training programs workshops and learning sessions tailored to various roles and maturity levelsEnterprise Agility Guide the organization through Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe LeSS or ScrumScaleStakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyContinuous Improvement Promote a culture of experimentation feedback and iterative improvement across teams and processesAgile Metrics Reporting Establish and track Agile metrics to measure team performance Agile maturity and transformation progressQualificationsExperience 5 years as an Agile Coach with significant experience in the insurance industry and Dynamics 365 projectsCertifications ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching ICPACC SAFe Program Consultant SPC Certified Enterprise Coach CEC or equivalentSkills Strong facilitation coaching and leadership skills Deep understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe etcTechnical Knowledge Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM ERP and CCaaS platformsEducation Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field
