Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Agile Coach (5+ years) to play a key role in our enterprise Agile transformation journey. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with delivery teams, mentor Agile practitioners, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.You’ll coach at team and program level, build Agile capabilities across the organization, and support teams in maturing their practices in alignment with ITS SAFe® standards. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping how organizations work.🧭 What You’ll DoAgile Coaching & Team EnablementCoach Agile teams on Agile values, principles, and practices, driving mindset and behavior changeFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI PlanningSupport teams in improving flow, predictability, quality, and delivery outcomesCapability Building & MentorshipMentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to strengthen Agile capabilitiesSupport and develop other Agile Coaches, helping build internal coaching capacityFoster strong Communities of Practice to share knowledge and align ways of workingContinuous Improvement & MetricsConduct Agile maturity assessments and identify improvement opportunitiesUse data and metrics to track team performance, maturity, and coaching impactPromote sustainable practices such as technical excellence and technical debt managementProgram & Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and key stakeholdersEnsure consistency of Agile practices across teams and programsAct as a trusted advisor in complex, cross‑functional environmentsGovernance & StandardsEnsure alignment with ITS SAFe® standards and enterprise Agile guidelines🎓 Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Software Development, Marketing, Organizational Change Management, or equivalent practical experienceProven experience as a Team‑level Agile Coach or Agile Coach in a professional environment🏅 CertificationsMandatoryCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE)Nice to HaveSAFe® Agile Product Management (APM)Prosci Change Management CertificationOther advanced Agile or coaching certifications🧠 Skills & CompetenciesAgile & Technical ExpertiseAgile at Scale and Agile transformation executionAgile standards, tooling, and metrics/reportingStrong understanding of SAFe® and enterprise delivery modelsBusiness & Coaching SkillsBusiness objective alignment and value‑driven deliveryCoaching strategy, roadmaps, and root cause analysisExperience building and running Communities of PracticeLeadership & CommunicationAbility to set vision, anticipate challenges, and propose effective solutionsStrong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
