Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.The Agile Delivery Lead for Pricing acts in a pivotal dual-role, both a Scrum Master (60%) and Release Train Engineer (40%), responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of Bank internal pricing software at programme level. It includes managing progress against plan, coaching agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, and removing impediments. Key objective for 2026 is the migration of a legacy system into the global and strategic pricing solution which is implemented following modern architecture (e.g. Java React, Kubernetes, Oracle) as well as further ensure business functionality growth as per the given business demand and roadmap.The delivery of the key objectives includes enabling predictable delivery, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning team execution with broader programme goals within a Scaled Agile Framework. The role drives collaboration, transparency, and agility across multi location teams and stakeholders to enhance overall delivery performance. The ideal candidate for this senior role combines deep facilitation skills with strong organisational awareness and functional as well as technical understanding to ensure alignment, transparency, and high performance.YOUR CHALLENGERelease Train Engineer (40%)Act as a servant leader and operational manager for an Agile Release Train (ART)Plan and facilitate major SAFe events: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, Scrum-of-Scrums, and ART Sync meetingsTrack and manage Program Increment (PI) objectives, risks, dependencies, budget, and progress across teamsCoordinate with Solution and Enterprise Architects, Product Management, and System Team to ensure alignmentMaintain visibility into cross-team impediments and work with stakeholders to resolve them promptlySupport Lean-Agile adoption across the value stream and coach stakeholders on SAFe principlesPrepare and distribute regular status and budget reports and dashboards for leadership and governance forumsScrum Master (60%)Serve as Scrum Master for 1–2 Scrum Teams, guiding them through all aspects of Scrum framework implementationFacilitate key ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesCoach teams on self-organisation, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement using empirical process controlRemove impediments and shield teams from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goalsSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement, story estimation, and prioritisationMonitor and visualise team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to promote transparency and drive improvementsFoster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and collaborative problem-solvingYOUR PROFILESeasoned Scrum Master with proven experience within IT/software development environments (minimum 3 years)Demonstrable, senior experience serving as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role in a SAFe or large-scale agile context (minimum 3 years)Classic project and program lead experience also welcomeCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II); SAFe RTE certification highly desirableStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologiesAbility to operate effectively at both tactical (team-level) and strategic (programme-level) layersProficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Banking, in particular Pricing & Revenue experience would be a huge plusEducation And Soft SkillsGraduate degree or comparableReadiness and motivation to learn about the Pricing solutionA self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitudeExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvementHigh emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authorityGood communicator in English and GermanWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
