You combine leadership, coaching, and operational ownership to deliver high-quality digital solutions that boost internal efficiency and customer focus.What you’ll doLead and coach your scrum team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.Safeguard delivery quality and ensure sprint and PI objectives are met.Remove obstacles and foster a healthy team dynamic.Coordinate cross-team collaboration within a Release Train and represent your team in agile forums.Take ownership of applications in scope, from development to operational stability.Manage the full HR cycle of your team members.What you bringAt least 5 years of experience in team management, IT operations, and agile delivery.Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.Strong communication and coaching skills, with a helicopter view and customer-oriented mindset.A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.Solid understanding of enterprise software and governance processes.Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
