TGG is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester that is becoming one of the fastest growing, most talked about companies in the North West.Leading the way as pioneers in the e-commerce and fintech industries, we’re on the lookout for the very best people to join our growing team.And as part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for an inquisitive, experienced UX tester to join our development team.Working alongside our creative and marketing teams, you’ll be at the intersection of everything we do, and help shape both campaign direction and site design with your expert insight. Key Responsibilities  Planning, designing, and executing usability tests of our products, sites and services, with focus on flows, user tasks, UI consistency, and error states.Collaborate with UX Designers and developers to craft the ideal user experience. Monitor and report UK-related metrics, highlighting improvement opportunities and diagnosing potential problems. Skills & QualificationsMinimum 4 years experience in QA and UX testing or in a similar role.Strong understanding of UX design principles, user-centred design, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. Demonstrable experience in leading usability tests, analysing results and turning your findings into fixes.Knowledge of industry techniques, apps and platforms to aid in your testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with test-management tools and defect tracking software is desirable. Experience mentoring junior testers and elevating the testing capabilities of your peers is also ideal.  What We OfferSalary £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Team socials, creative workshops, and training programmes.Private Medical cover.On-site gym and shower facilities.  Hybrid working arrangement (4 days in-office, 1 remote)
