Job Specification: Agile Scrum MasterSalary: Up to £50,000Location: LondonEmployment Type: PermanentSector: ConsultancyMy client is seeking a proactive and collaborative Scrum Master to join our growing consultancy team. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile delivery across multiple client projects, guiding cross-functional teams to adopt and embed Scrum practices while ensuring high-quality outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments and is passionate about continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach Agile teams in Scrum principles, practices and ceremonies, ensuring consistent delivery across client engagements.Remove impediments and proactively identify risks, supporting the team to maintain momentum and deliver value.Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, clarify requirements and ensure priorities align with client goals.Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement within teams.Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews and other Scrum ceremonies.Support the adoption of Agile ways of working within client organisations, tailoring approaches to suit different project environments.Track and report team performance using appropriate Agile metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Agile delivery and best practice.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, frameworks and thought leadership within the consultancy.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, ideally within a consultancy or multi-project setting.Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and broader Agile frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches to different teams.Experience facilitating workshops and leading high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams.Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse client groups.Knowledge of common Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro).Understanding of software development and/or digital delivery processes (beneficial).Relevant certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent) preferred.What We’re Looking ForA collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Someone who is adaptable, resilient and comfortable managing multiple client engagements.A passion for Agile delivery, continuous improvement and empowering teams.A self-starter who takes ownership and brings energy to challenging environments.What We OfferSalary up to £50,000, depending on experience.Opportunities for career progression within a growing consultancy.Professional development, including support for Agile certifications.Exposure to a wide range of clients, industries and complex transformation projects.A supportive, flexible and people-centric culture.You must come from a Consultancy Background
