Job Description
A Multinational Manufacturing Organization is looking for AGM - AdministrationJob Description / ResponsibilityLead and supervise the entire administrative team to ensure smooth operation across all factory and office premises. Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and overall cleanliness.Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and facilities. Monitor energy usage, utilities, and other operational costs to optimize expenses.Ensure effective security management of all premises, including gate control, CCTV surveillance, access monitoring, and coordination with security service providers.Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the security setup to ensure compliance with company and buyer standards.Oversee canteen operations to ensure hygienic, nutritious, and affordable meals for employees. Monitor food quality, supplier contracts, and staff performance in canteen management.Ensure proper management of guest house facilities — cleanliness, accommodation arrangements, and hospitality for local and foreign guests. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules across all departments.Supervise cleaners’ performance, attendance, and ensure proper distribution of duties.Maintain documentation related to legal permits, trade licenses, waste disposal approvals, etc. Act as the main point of contact with local government offices, utility authorities, law enforcement, and community representatives.Maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth operational continuity. Develop and implement waste management and disposal systems following environmental and compliance standards.Monitor factory wastage and ensure proper segregation, recycling, and disposal.Supervise and train administrative and support staff (security, cleaners, canteen, maintenance).Prepare and manage the annual administration budget. Control expenses related to canteen, housekeeping, and maintenance within approved limits. Ensure cost-efficient vendor management and service contracts.Educational RequirementsMasters degree in any disciplineBachelor degree in any disciplineMaster’s/ Bachelor’s in any discipline.Experience Requirements8 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional Requirements8–12 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the garments or manufacturing industry.Job LocationMymensingh (Bhaluka)
