Be involved in shaping and delivering customer strategies, drawing on financial analysis and client insights to add real value.Your days will include contributing to engagement initiatives and helping to grow existing relationships. As your (Portfolio e.g. Commercial) knowledge develops, you’ll stay attuned to market trends and client needs, all while being part of a team where your ideas are welcome and your contribution genuinely matters.You’ll also:Help prepare customer reports and assist with credit analysisBuild trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and product partnersRepresent ANZ professionally in the market — with warmth, clarity and confidenceChampion inclusive, values-led behaviour in everything you doŌu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?You will need to bring:Some experience in Agri, customer-facing or service-based rolesGood understanding of numbers, data or business drivers (or a willingness to learn)Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt to different audiencesA knack for building relationships and working with others to get things doneStrong organisational skills and the confidence to juggle tasks and prioritiseWe’re looking for people with curiosity, initiative and the motivation to grow.
