Our primary export markets include China, India, Egypt, Morocco, the Arab Emirates, and Australia, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Al-Qassim Region for an Agricultural Engineer. The Agricultural Engineer will be responsible for managing and improving farming processes, providing technical assistance, planning and implementing pest control and irrigation strategies, and ensuring agricultural practices meet high-quality standards. The role involves overseeing day-to-day agricultural activities to enhance production efficiency and sustainability.QualificationsPest Control and Irrigation skillsTechnical Assistance and Planning skillsAgricultural Engineering expertiseStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamPrevious experience in the agricultural sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fieldملخص الوظيفة: يُسهم المهندس الزراعي في الإشراف على العمليات الزراعية لضمان جودة الإنتاج وتحقيق أفضل الممارسات الزراعية، إضافة إلى تطبيق برامج الري والتسميد ومكافحة الآفات وفق أعلى المعايير.المهام والمسؤوليات:الإشراف على العمليات الزراعية اليومية في المزارع التابعة للشركة.إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الري والتسميد ومتابعة تطبيقها.مراقبة صحة النخيل والإنتاج والتعامل مع الآفات الزراعية بطرق فعّالة وآمنة.متابعة جداول الزراعة والحصاد وتحليل الإنتاجية وجودة التمور.تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة الزراعية (Good Agricultural Practices – GAP).إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية ورفعها للإدارة.الإشراف على العمال الزراعيين وتوجيههم لتحقيق الكفاءة المطلوبة.التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان تكامل العمليات الزراعية مع أهداف الشركة.المؤهلات المطلوبة:درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الزراعة (ويفضل في زراعة النخيل أو المحاصيل المشابهة).معرفة جيدة ببرامج الري والتسميد ومكافحة الآفات.مهارات عالية في المتابعة الميدانية وحل المشكلات.إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج المتابعة الزراعية.الإقامة في منطقة القصيم أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
