In this role, you will provide administrative support to departments, customers, and growers, ensuring timely and efficient processing of potato transactions within our Potato Contracting and Receiving (PCR) system. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices for continuous improvement and serve as the operational subject matter expert during the rollout of Agriculture Digital, acting as the key liaison for both growers and staff in adopting digital solutions and advancing operational excellence in agriculture.What You’ll Be Doing.Manage all day-to-day administration for the Agriculture Function, ensuring efficient operational support.Process potato transactions in the Potato Contracting and Receiving (PCR) system, including grower contract setup and reconciliation of deliveries.Guarantee accurate and timely payments to suppliers through regular tonnage reconciliation and invoice management.Administer weighbridge transactions and generate precise reports as required.Maintain up-to-date, compliant grower accounts and digital records across platforms such as PC&R and GX Core.Track payments, recoveries, and handle orders and receipts related to grower transactions.Support company policy, Health & Safety, and Food Safety Management System compliance.Provide digital support and training to growers, addressing their day-to-day queries and troubleshooting.Assist with departmental targets, data entry, and reporting for procurement and quality monitoring.Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to support seamless agricultural operations.What You’ll Need To Be Successful.Strong planning and organisational skills, able to prioritise effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on report writingProficient in the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure Able to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamStrong digital skills in adapting new programs and a driver of change About The Team.You’ll be joining a high-performing and collaborative team that prides itself on delivering results while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
