Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Culture located in Port-Gentil. The role involves managing all aspects of agricultural production, from planning and planting to harvesting and post-harvest activities.
Key responsibilities include monitoring crop health, implementing sustainable farming practices, coordinating with team members, and ensuring high-quality yield. The Chef de Culture will also be responsible for maintaining farm equipment and managing inventory.
