Operations and production: Oversee agricultural operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This can include managing planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. Marketing and sales: Create and execute marketing strategies, set prices, and manage the distribution of products to consumers or other businesses. Innovation and technology: Identify and adopt new technologies and techniques to improve productivity, such as protected nurseries or efficient irrigation.
