Key Responsibilities / DutiesLead and manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a cohesive and skilled team. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-control measures. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Resolve conflicts or guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
