Reporting and supporting the CEO and a member of the Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial and risk team’s deliveries to support the implementation of our client’s strategy and direction. This includes financial forecasting, planning and budgeting, accounting and reporting, treasury and operations, portfolio risk management, procurement, and IT security and IT & data strategy.
The Finance department administrates not only the investments, but also co-financing and warranties. ProfileStrong track record in financial management, risk control, and regulatory complianceIn-depth knowledge of the "Three Lines of Defence" modelSolid grasp of financial instruments (debt, equity, guarantees) and expertise in evaluating investment risksFamiliarity with internal audit standards, risk management, IT security, is considered a plusInsight into European financial and regulatory frameworks is an assetProficient in Belgian GAAP and IFRS 9, combined with prior tax experience in the financial sector (banking, asset management, venture capital, private equity, …)Excellent command of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferred, though not a strict requirementThis opportunity is open to candidates seeking a permanent role.
