Job Description

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to be located in Mountville, PA. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of new product launches and supporting marketing initiatives for the national sales accounts business, sales team and retail customer channel.

Occasional travel may be required (~10% average with some months up to 30%)Job DutiesManage the logistics of product launches, including coordinating timelines, budget, resources, and communication with various stakeholdersDevelop all print marketing collateral for the product launch, from brochures to point of sales displays, including labels, headers, and merchandising displaysWork closely with product management, sales, engineering, design and merchandising teams to ensure alignment and smooth product launchDevelop a strong understanding of product offeringsUpdate collections on all our digital platforms with all relevant images and technical informationDevelop marketing materials to support the product launch promotion by our sales distribution network (digital marketing assets to print collateral to education content)Coordinate webinar to our sales distribution networkCoordinate content creation from photoshoot to product installation renderingsFulfill daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activitiesManage and maintain marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelinesSupport marketing managers in managing projects and workloadUpdate spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial informationJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphics or related field or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in similar role Understanding of home center, big-box, or national accounts go-to-market strategiesAbility to develop feature and benefit product differentiators and tell a product storyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsDemonstrated written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present solutions and recommendations clearly and conciselyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational, project management, and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow established policies and proceduresExperience with Adobe Creative Suite a plusStrong sense of urgency and responsiveness to Sales team needsProven ability to work cross-functionally and with outside suppliersKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present solutions and recommendations clearly and conciselyProficiency in print project managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detailMultitasker, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasksAbility to follow established policies and proceduresPhysical DemandsThe demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
