Enable Plant SCM performanceLead the team and enable personal growthCo-operate with international sales team to drive Plant volumesSupport product implementation processMain Responsibilities IncludeProduction PlanningOversee & support Plant production planning processOptimize & develop our current process, tools and way of workingEnsure the availability according to customer needsLogistics-SourcingManage Plant logistic services & suppliers (sea-, road- and air-freight)Support inhouse warehousing and the teamSupport Plant sourcingManage deviations and handling of complaints to suppliersLeadershipMember of Plant Management team, support Plant Management in your area of expertiseLead your team to achieve our growth targets!Our ideal candidateWe are looking for a self-driven and proactive leader with proven track record in SCM within international organizations.

Datadriven approach in decision making and some knowledge from Lean philosophy gives you a great advantage to succeed in our line of business. To be successful in this role, you must have: Experience from SCMRelevant educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)English and Finnish both written and spoken are requiredThis position requires some travelling to sites within the Ahlstrom Group and to supplier meetings.
