This role bridges technical expertise and user experience, driving smooth adoption, improved productivity, and a culture of digital enablement across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate & maintain clear guides, FAQs, and training materialsDevelop quick-reference sheets, video snippets, and visual aidsKeep knowledge bases updated as tools/policies evolveTraining & EnablementAct as a Copilot & collaboration tools evangelistDeliver virtual & in-person training sessions for different user groupsBuild scenario-based learning exercises with practical use casesAnalytics & FeedbackProvide insights on training effectiveness & adoption opportunitiesGather and integrate user feedback into documentation & trainingUse ticket data, usage reports & adoption metrics to identify trendsChange Adoption & Continuous ImprovementCommunicate the “value story” of collaboration platforms & AI assistantsPartner with change management teams to encourage adoptionStay ahead of platform updates & prepare user-facing materialsPreferred ExperienceUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts in productivity contextsBackground in IT support, technical training, or user enablementFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Proficiency in Microsoft tools & knowledge of enterprise security policies
