Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Redmond, WA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The AI Analyst and Trainer will analyze and evaluate AI system outputs, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and train AI models for responsible decision-making. This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams, auditing processes, coordinating quality assurance measures, and developing training datasets. The AI Analyst and Trainer will also assist in creating reports, recommending improvements for AI models, and ensuring alignment with company standards and ethical principles. Qualifications Experience and expertise in AI systems analysis, training models.Strong analysis and research skillsAbility to work both independently and in a hybrid model (partially remote and onsite in Redmond, WA)Master’s or Bachelor's degree analytic philosophy, library science, data science, law, and especially behavioral economics. Prior experience in high-stakes industries like government, healthcare, or defense is an advantage.
