Hiring AI & Data Science Specialists who can design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and GenAI solutions.Salary: INR 45,00,000 - 55,00,000 / yearResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation Conduct feature engineering, statistical analysis, experimentation, and model validation Build and scale production-grade ML pipelines in Python Evaluate models using statistical and ML metrics, ensuring robustness and reliability Build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, assistants, text generation, summarization)Develop agentic AI systems for workflow automation and decision-making Integrate LLMs into existing products and backend services Eligibility4 years of experience in Data Science, ML, or AI Engineering Strong Python skills with expertise in ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Experience building and evaluating LLM-based solutions Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and retrieval algorithms Experience developing or orchestrating agentic AI workflows Solid foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, automation, and deployment (*Note: This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients)Roles and openings are subject to change.
