This role is client-facing and requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic advisory skills, and change leadership. The Architect will partner with client engineering and product teams to design adoption roadmaps, pilot AI-driven SDLC use cases, ensure governance and quality, and scale AI integration into day-to-day development workflows.The position requires someone who can translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible engineering outcomes - improving developer velocity, software quality, and time-to-market, while ensuring security, compliance, and IP protection.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or SDLC leadership roles.3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML adoption, integration, or advisory (e.g., generative AI, ML models, prompt engineering).Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, testing frameworks, code quality, and security practices.Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated testing frameworks, static analysis tools).Proven ability to advise and influence senior client stakeholders on technology adoption and transformation.Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience leading pilots and scaling new technology adoption in enterprise environments.Nice-to-have: Prior consulting or client-facing experience in digital transformation or AI adoption.Exposure to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom, etc.).Familiarity with AI governance, explainability, and model evaluation frameworks.Track record of thought leadership (publications, talks, or internal evangelism).Responsibilities: Client Advisory & AdoptionAssess client engineering maturity, processes, and toolchains to identify AI opportunities.Define AI-enabled SDLC adoption roadmaps with clear success metrics (e.g., cycle time reduction, defect reduction).Advise on AI use cases across code generation, testing, code review, deployment, and monitoring.Solution Design & ImplementationDesign AI/ML integration into client toolchains (CI/CD, quality, observability).Guide pilots, measure impact, and refine adoption strategies.Ensure governance frameworks for code quality, IP safety, and regulatory compliance.Scaling & Change LeadershipSupport client teams in moving from pilots to enterprise-wide adoption.Build playbooks, training programs, and Centers of Excellence for AI in SDLC.Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption within engineering teams.Thought Leadership & Continuous ImprovementRepresent GlobalLogic in client discussions, industry forums, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Monitor emerging AI/SDLC technologies and update adoption strategies accordingly.Capture learnings, publish case studies, and contribute to internal accelerators and best practices.What we offer: Culture of caring.
