We are now looking for an AI Architect to join us and contribute to building high-quality, end-to-end solutions that create real business impact.As an AI Architect at OBSS, you will work on diverse, large-scale projects to design, build, and maintain innovative data-driven and AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ML pipelines, create scalable architectures, and ensure architecture and code quality standards that support mission-critical systems.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning and AI models aligned with project requirements.Design and implement solutions in Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Recommendation Systems.Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and workflows to support model development and deployment.Write clean, well-structured, and documented code while participating in regular code reviews.Troubleshoot and optimize models and data processes to ensure scalability and performance.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-powered solutions.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.Contribute to the company’s innovation efforts by sharing insights and demonstrating AI leadership across projects.Qualifications / Technical SkillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum 6 years of experience as an AI Engineer.Demonstrated leadership or project management experience.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or R.Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, libraries, and AI system architectures (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience in designing and leading NLP, LLM, or Conversational AI projects is highly preferredBackground in data mining, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and AI solution architecture.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and architectural mindset.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Additional Informations :Professional Growth & LearningAs a tech company, we focus on reskilling and upskilling to support career growth.
