Our platform blends narrative-driven workflows with shot-level artistic control — enabling filmmakers to produce coherent scenes with consistent characters, lighting, style, and camera language across an entire sequence.We collaborate with visionary creators, VFX artists, animators, and filmmakers around the world to push the boundaries of what's possible with GenAI. With 500+ creators already using Sequencer and collaborations with artists from Netflix, Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and major studios, we are shaping a new era of cinematic AI.We are now expanding our creator team and looking for a Argentina-based Creator to help us craft stunning cinematic demos, experiment with cutting-edge AI tools, and contribute to high-impact creative projects for our studio partners.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Cinematic AI Creator to join our growing production team. You will experiment with the newest AI video models, help produce original cinematic sequences, and collaborate closely with our global network of creators.The ideal candidate is a hybrid artist–technologist with strong visual instincts, experience in video/animation/VFX workflows, and a passion for exploring the frontier of AI-powered filmmaking.You must be based in Argentina for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Enhanced Cinematic Content CreationProduce high-quality cinematic videos using Sequencer and other GenAI tools.Build shot-by-shot sequences with consistent characters, style, and lighting.Collaborate with our team to refine visual language, narrative flow, and creative direction.Creative Development & ExperimentationExplore and test emerging AI video, animation, and image models.Prototype new visual workflows, transitions, and shot structures.Push the boundaries of what’s possible with GenAI filmmaking, contributing ideas for new features and capabilities.Editing, VFX & Post-ProductionEdit sequences for pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact.Apply compositing, color, and light adjustments to elevate cinematic quality.Experiment with VFX integrations and hybrid workflows when needed.Studio & Client SupportAssist with the production of demo videos for brands, agencies, and partners.Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling cinematic outputs.Maintain clear versioning, asset organization, and delivery timelines.QualificationsStrong background in video editing, animation, motion design, or VFX.Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, ComfyUI, Krea, etc.) and AI image and video generation modelsDemonstrated portfolio of visually compelling work (reel or project links required).Strong understanding of cinematic composition, camera language, and storytelling.Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment with rapid experimentation.Fluent in Spanish and English (required)Must be based in Argentina (required).Preferred QualificationsExperience in character animation, shot design, or visual storytelling.Familiarity with node-based tools or AI model pipelines.Previous work in film, advertising, or high-end content creation.Comfort using tools like After Effects, Blender, Unreal, or similar.What We OfferOpportunity to help shape the future of AI filmmaking.Work directly with founders and top-tier creators.Creative freedom to experiment and build ambitious cinematic concepts.Flexible, remote-friendly collaboration.Access to emerging GenAI tools before they’re public.Feature opportunities across our social channels (1M+ audience).How to Apply📩 Send your reel/portfolio to nico@sequencer.media Use subject line: “Creator – Argentina”
