Check out this role and see if you’re a good match!Your territoryAs part of our Communications team, you will:Create compelling English content across all channels (website, app, email campaigns, social media, retail, product descriptions) by combining cutting-edge AI tools with your creative expertiseEnsure all AI-generated content meets quality standards: accurate, readable, on-brand, and aligned with local regulationsDevelop and maintain an internal AI content toolkit, including prompt libraries, templates, and style guidesTest and evaluate new AI tools and models to improve content outcomes, documenting your findings and best practicesContinuously fine-tune AI systems with feedback, helping them learn from your inputs to deliver better results over timeCollaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with visual assets, user experience, and strategic objectivesCreate English source content that will be localized for markets worldwide using AI, ensuring it translates effectively while maintaining technical precision and brand consistencyBring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next levelYour profileKey requirements:Experience using AI in content workflows and a passion for combining tech and creativityStrong prompt engineering skills and the ability to optimize AI-generated outputsExcellent command of written English – ideally with a flair for U.S.-style tone and phrasing3+ years of experience in copywriting or content creationGerman language skills are a plusValid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FHDoes this sound like you?Proactive, hands-on, and eager to experiment with AI tools and workflowsComfortable juggling multiple deadlines and content typesCurious, collaborative, and self-organizedEnthusiastic about creative technologies and their potential in content productionExcited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team
