Our group includes:🏠 KIKA LT: Managing the KIKA retail network in Lithuania and Estonia, leading wholesale trade.🐾 AKVATERA: Specialized pet feed factory exporting to 60+ countries.🥽 AKVATERA W – a modern canned food factory focused on the highest quality and innovation to ensure the best nutrition for your pets.🐕 TAURO KENNEL: World-renowned dog kennel celebrated at international exhibitions.✨ TAURO GROOMING ACADEMY: Premier pet spa salon and training academy.🌐 KIKA USA LLC: Our dynamic division in the United States of AmericaYour Mission:Build integrations and automations across GPT models, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Excel Online and internal systems (n8n/Make, REST, webhooks).Prototype and productionize with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python (custom connectors, light backend logic).Work across the Microsoft stack: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate/Apps; integrate with SharePoint API, Teams bots, Microsoft Graph API.Deliver basic RAG pipelines: document processing, embeddings, vector search (Weaviate/Qdrant/Pinecone) connected to LLMs.Prepare and structure data (chunking, tagging, metadata) to keep AI answers clean and useful.Manage prompts and quality (LLMOps): versioning, testing, evaluation.Embed security and governance (Azure): API key management, access control, data residency, alignment with internal IT/security policies.What We Expect from You:Hands-on experience with API integrations & automation tooling (n8n/Make, REST, webhooks).Strong JS/TS and/or Python skills.Proven track record in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Power Automate/Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Graph API).Practical RAG & vector DB experience (Weaviate/Qdrant/Pinecone).Solid data preparation mindset for LLMs.Prompt management and evaluation know-how.Security awareness and good engineering hygiene.How You work:Turn abstract ideas into working prototypes.Comfortable in ambiguity (“we don’t know yet, but we’ll test”).Explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.Challenge the what and the why, not only the how.Build fast, learn fast, improve fast.What We Offer:🎁 A package of additional benefits (Additional health insurance, Perks.lt, and KIKA discounts for employees and their four-legged friends).🚀 An ambitious KIKA team focused on new challenges.🏢 Office in the very centre of Kaunas city.🌐 Work in the leading pet products trade and production company in the Baltic countries.🌱 Conditions for personal and professional growth.Salary:4200-5700 month grossThe exact salary amount will be gladly discussed during the interview, considering your experience and qualifications!
