In this role, you’ll design and deploy cutting-edge automations, build AI-powered agents, and streamline processes across departments – from marketing and CRM to onboarding and internal operations.This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of automation, AI, and operational excellence – ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Claude.Automate processes across a range of tools including GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (project management), Slack (communication), and Google Workspace.Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI-powered solutions into day-to-day operations.Translate existing SOPs and manual processes into efficient, scalable workflows.Maintain clean documentation and version control to ensure clarity and transparency.Refactor outdated automations into a robust, modern low-code stack.Uphold best practices for automation consistency, governance, and usability across teams.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience building low-code/no-code automations (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make.com).Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling.Experience working with tools such as GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.Skilled at building automations that incorporate LLM responses and decision-based logic.Familiarity with agentic workflows — systems that can act, respond, and self-correct.Excellent documentation and communication skills in a remote-first environment.Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.Proficiency in JavaScript or prior experience in AI product environments.
