We help organizations scale their voice and influence in the age of AI.We’re looking for a hands-on AI Content Producer to transform our founder’s ideas into engaging, high-quality video content. This is a production-first role — ideal for someone who thrives on creating and experimenting with the latest AI tools.What You’ll DoProduce polished videos: Turn raw inputs (transcripts, notes, short videos) into finished, broadcast-ready assets using AI and creative tools.Create for multiple platforms: Adapt video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.Develop a signature style: Collaborate with our founder to shape a distinct visual and narrative tone inspired by top AI creators.Manage content flow: Use tools like Notion and Zapier to streamline workflows and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.You’re a Great Fit If YouHave a portfolio of video content you’ve personally produced.Are fluent in AI creative tools like ElevenLabs, Runway, Pika, CapCut, Midjourney, and Adobe Creative Suite.Have a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.Are proactive and self-driven, with a passion for bringing ideas to life.RequirementsProven experience in video production, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.Experience using AI tools for content creation (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Descript).Based in South America (Argentina strongly preferred) with strong English comprehension.Nice to HaveExperience creating content that amplifies a founder’s or expert’s personal brand.Familiarity with web design tools like Framer or Webflow.How to ApplyPlease share the following:A link to your portfolio (your most important application element).A short note about the piece you’re most proud of and why.(Optional) A 1–2 minute video or Loom introducing yourself and walking through your creative process.We value execution and creativity.
