We’re working with a leading global technology company that’s investing heavily in next-generation speech and language technology. As part of this exciting initiative, we’re looking for experienced Speech & Language Annotators to join their onsite team.Contract: 9 monthsStart date: ASAPSalary: €37,000-38,000Location: Dublin 4 (fully onsite)This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a pioneering project at the intersection of linguistics, technology, and data. You’ll play a hands-on role in transcribing, annotating, and analysing speech data to help develop products used by millions of people worldwide.The RoleAs a Speech & Language Annotator, you’ll:Provide transcription and annotation services across multiple speech domains.Apply established linguistic and quality guidelines in your daily work.Collaborate with project managers to meet key deliverables and deadlines.Work efficiently and accurately under time constraints while maintaining data quality.What We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Japanese, Arabic, or Hindi.Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for linguistic detail.The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work autonomously.Solid computer literacy and a typing speed of 50+ words per minute.Prior experience in transcription or annotation work.Experience working within fast-paced, collaborative technical or data-focused teams.RequirementsLeaving Cert (or equivalent)This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge speech and AI research while developing your skills in an innovative and fast-moving environment.
