We blend creativity, data, and technology to help brands grow smarter — from pricing automation to predictive demand analytics and digital storytelling.The RoleWe’re looking for a Software Engineer / Data Architect with a strong foundation in data systems and AI development to join our growing team. You’ll help us design and build automation tools that make hotel decision-making faster, more intelligent, and more human-friendly.This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or applied AI — who wants to work on real-world applications of AI in travel, revenue optimization, and commercial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain data pipelines and integrations between multiple systems via APIs.Work with Python and SQL to create data models, automation scripts, and dashboards.Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools (forecasting, pricing, reporting, NLP insights).Collaborate with the strategy team to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.Prototype and test new ideas in automation, data visualization, and model-driven decision making.Ideal Background1-3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development.Strong skills in Python, SQL, and API integration (REST/JSON).Experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).Interest in automation, analytics, or AI applications in real-world industries (hospitality experience a plus, but not required).Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a lean, fast-moving environment.Why Join UsAt The Noir Club, you’ll be part of a small, design-driven team building smart systems for global hospitality brands.
