Position Title : AI Data AssociateWork location : SingaporeWorking hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pmAbout the Role We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as AI Data Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content review and quality assurance, including the annotation of various content types (text, images, videos) based on predefined guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and fairness of data-related tasks, while also contributing to the improvement of processes and standards.Key Responsibilities Annotate content following established guidelines and standardsGrade assignments, assessments, or projects with fairness and accuracyConduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy and guideline compliancePerform web-based research using credible sources to support content-related tasksIdentify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in dataProvide clear, constructive feedback on content and grading outcomesCollaborate on refining annotation criteria and grading rubricsCollect data based on specific client or project requirementsMaintain organized and detailed records for tracking and reporting purposesEnsure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasksQualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalentStrong English proficiency in both written and spoken communicationExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsComfortable working independently and managing time effectivelyFamiliarity with online research methods and reliable information sourcesPrior experience in content moderation, annotation, or data evaluation is a plusOpen to students seeking internship experienceAbout CentificCentific is a frontier AI data foundry that curates diverse, high-quality data, using our purpose-built technology platforms to empower the Magnificent Seven and our enterprise clients with safe, scalable AI deployment.
