AI Developer

We’re looking for an AI Developer experienced in building and deploying intelligent, autonomous agents powered by OpenAI’s API.You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI—developing, integrating, and optimizing systems that make our products smarter and more adaptive. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop production-grade code in Python (or Node.js) to integrate and deploy autonomous AI agents using OpenAI APIs and related frameworks.Design, refine, and evaluate learning and reasoning pipelines, including data collection and performance analysis.Build interfaces and integrations between AI agents and customer systems.Embed AI models into existing products and adapt them for specific client use cases.Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines where required.Collaborate with other engineers to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through testing, version control, and CI/CD best practices.Stay current with OpenAI releases, AI tools, and agent frameworks—proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our software products.Ensure data protection and anonymization in line with GDPR and other relevant privacy standards. RequirementsStrong proficiency in Python and solid software-engineering fundamentals.Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or other large language models (LLMs).Knowledge of prompt engineering and prompt-design strategies (one-shot, few-shot, instruction-based).Understanding of data structures, concurrency, and async workflows (polling, event loops, file watchers).Experience with Git, unit/integration testing, and collaborative development workflows.Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Preferred QualificationsBackground in machine learning or deep learning.Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.Familiarity with or multi-agent systems MCP standards.Experience managing or deploying AI infrastructure.Understanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices. Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Clear communication and ability to explain complex technical ideas simply.Collaborative, curious, and self-driven—comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about exploring new AI technologies and automation tools.Important: we do not want to receive any offer from a HR agent or headhunters
