Headquartered in Jakarta, the company aspires to be Indonesia’s #1 true digital service provider and largest talent platform.Role DescriptionDevelop a client-facing Generative AI–based chatbot application designed to enhance user interaction and digital engagement.Ensure the chatbot meets key functional and performance metrics, including accuracy, reliability (99.9% uptime), and response latency.Build solutions that are scalable, secure, maintainable, and developed using modular architecture aligned with industry best practices and internal technology standards.Mentor and guide 1–2 junior developers throughout the development process.Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner, Business Partner, Business Unit) to deliver projects in an agile environment.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development.Solid understanding and implementation experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Good knowledge of Foundation Models, including: Large Language Models (LLM), Embedding Models, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS).Proficiency in building and integrating APIs using FastAPI.Familiarity with OpenAPI standards for API documentation and definition.Experience working in cross-functional teams within an agile development environment.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to mentor other team members.Willing to work onsite (offline) at Bintaro, Tangerang. Available for a 6-month contract-based engagement.
