We empower individuals and businesses through innovation in Technology, Real Estate, Agriculture, Procurement, and SaaS solutions.We are building advanced digital platforms and we are expanding our AI & Automation capabilities to power the next generation of intelligent enterprise systems.Job ContextWe are looking for AI Engineers (Python) to join our growing Data & Intelligence Team.You will work on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, building automation pipelines, and integrating large-language-model (LLM) and machine-learning capabilities into our products.The role is open to candidates with strong Python experience from any programming background who are eager to advance in applied AI engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.Develop and maintain Python-based microservices integrating AI models into production.Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets using NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.Work with APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex, LangChain, etc.) for generative and conversational AI.Develop model deployment pipelines using Docker, FastAPI, or Flask.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI features.Optimize model inference performance, latency, and scalability.Research and prototype emerging AI tools, libraries, and architectures.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)Skills Required: SQL, Machine Learning, Data Science, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch, Python and FastAPI framework, Generative AIExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Group of Companies,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services StartupAdditional RequirementsAdditional Requirements Strong programming fundamentals in Python; experience in any other language (JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, SQL, Pandas).Experience with model versioning and tracking (MLflow, DVC).Understanding of cloud AI environments (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).Ability to read and implement research papers into production-ready code.Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
