You will:Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks.Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources.Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.Background / ProfileProven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture.Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs.You’re a strong coder who writes clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.You’re excited by the idea of using AI to solve real customer problems and improve product experiences.What we offer:Work-life balance, hybrid-remote modelDiverse, inclusive and knowledge-sharing cultureExperienced founders, backed by top investorsA growth journey with tons of development opportunitiesAI product that impacts how companies grow, disrupting the industry
