Their mission is to use artificial intelligence to reduce administrative workloads and help medical professionals focus patient care.What You’ll DoBuild and deploy AI features that support hospital workflows.Work across the stack, backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).Develop tools for document summarization, intelligent search, and data-driven dashboards.Create internal AI tools that enhance team efficiency.Work in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas quickly and learning from real user feedback.What They’re Looking ForExperience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, and NLP.Familiarity with cloud or on-premise model deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps.Interest in healthcare AI and creating real-world impact.Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative.Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.Ideally, experience in hospital or healthcare technologies.They cannot sponsor a visa.
